10 days later and still waiting

on the 7th of May I went to the Old Mutual centurion branch to do a partial withdrawal from my policy and I was advised it will take 7 working days for the pay-out, I called them Tuesday as it was day 8 and they said all their consultants are busy I should leave my details and they will get back to me its now 10 days later and im still waiting. <br> <br> I'm really disappointed at Old Mutual and how they treat their customers
