10 days for a reply

I'm not a person who likes putting complaints onto hello peter. I sent a query to old mutual RFA members and the superfund email address on 04.05.2015 and only got a reply 10 days later on 14.05.2015. Now this is concerning because old mutual needs to pay out PF money to me. And after checking hello peter with 18% positive and 82% negative reports against them I am hoping to get my money on time. I actually expected my money by now as the payroll office told me to expect payment 4-6weeks after termination which was 02.04.2015. Now I got a mail from them that my exit was received 08.05.2015 and I can only expect payment 4-6 weeks after this. This puts me 4 weeks back and I actually had plans with that money that I needed by now. Does it always take up to 6 weeks or even longer? Isn't there anything that can be done to speed up the process? I really actually needed that money by now and cannot afford to get the payment late. I don't hope responses regarding payments and information always takes this long. And I hope that payment actually happens as advised, unlike all the other hello peter users. I sent another email to old mutual 8 may but I'm still waiting for a resonse
