This was done first in January 2015, thereafter we were asked to re-submit the same forms about 2 other times in the course of the year. <br> <br> To date we have still not heard anything, however we were told that retirement annuity policies take some time due to \logistics\". However, I would assume that after a full year since submitting these forms that we would have a way forward now. "
