1 day away from my claim

I had old mutual policy for my grandma can U believe it just because of 1 day that she didn't live longer my claim gets declined and I counted the premiums I paid it was 6 months so I was told not to count the premiums but the dates the manager was and is so heartless I'm the oldest grandchild of my grandparents my grandma knew I took n policy for and thought she is covered but 1 day makes a difference to old mutual to decline my policy and it's so unfair and heartless I'm so broken 💔 I have open 2 policy's for my brother's but I think to cancel it before I go through the same thing off 1 day I will never want to hear anything from old mutual they are heartless 1 day only 1 day I will never do anything with them and it a well business company but what they did was really not fair 😭 1 day difference
