I just checked my payslip got shocked when I saw policies from Old Mutual that I never took. Tried to send the email enquiring about the policies but they never responded. I just called them to my disappointment they are telling me to wait for 3 months they will investigate while still deducting. They did not even provide me with the name of the person who took the policies with my name without my consent. The policies have been deducting from my payslip since last year August. 😭😭😭😭😭

24 Mar 2026, 16:07I got email from complaints Management 03-03-2026 promising to escalate the matter to forensic department . The date today is 24 March still no update from the forensic department and my worry is that soon salaries will be doing a run and the policies will deduct again on April. Policies that I never took, the company has no sense of urgency and does not care for people. Now I feel like I am the one who is at fault, it is like I am the one who *****ulently took their money.

21 Apr 2026, 11:37Old Mutual is still giving me hard time, they have been deducting the premiums since November 2024 when I add the amount the total is R7991,7 but they payed me only R3000. SHANNON WENTZEL on the 17 April sent an email that the matter has been resolved the money will reflect on my account in 2-3 working days. On the 19th I got the money but to my surprise it was only R3000. This means now I still have to write emails and call without no reply and wait for another long time they will take to pay back my money😭😭 I hate Old Mutual
