double charged

<p>I requested a settlement letter at the branch and I got it pay up the whole amount stated I even got change on the 14th of December to my surprise they deducted again on the 20th when I asked the call center about it she could not explain _ I went to reverse it at the bank and I got 3 messages threatening me that they will deduct it again _why after paying and settling ,can someone at old mutual explain</p>
