Old Money - *****ulent online retail operation

Old Money is a *****ulent operation whom I have had the worst experience with. Following an online purchase, they made attempts to get additional money from me with various "added" costs, over and above requesting my personal details and banking information, which I will assume they wanted to use for *****ulent transactions. After requesting a refund, I have been sent from pillar to post, with promises of "we are looking into it" and "we will sort this out within 2-4 working days". It has been two months with no refund, and dealing with various people (never the same person) - another indication that this is a *****ulent operation. Be warned: do not make any purchases from Old Money, let alone expect a refund.
