WOW WOW WOW!!!

I'm not even sure where to start about the service I've received from Brandon (Kolennade store)

I've had multi back operations and I've been in bed for 50 months now due to that, I bought jeans that was 42 and got one as a gift also 42 but didn't wear them once. I had to lose weight due to being in bed for so long and I've lost a huge amount and dropped down to a 38.

I returned the online jeans and took the one to the store, I've been communicating with Brandon for around 3 weeks now and not once did he have a bad attitude or it was an "issue" for him to run up and down the store and call other stores for jeans.

From day one he said what do you need let me help, he went above anything I've expected at all, you know if someone says they can't come and pick up the stuff they think okay it's going back. He waited until I was able to move more freely as it was a warm day yesterday so I went to pick up the 4 jeans.

This shows me why I go back over and over to that store, friendly staff and clean store. I wasn't even in the door and the lady greeted with a big smile. No loud music, no clothes that was untidy or staff hanging around on stands or sitting.

I can truly say thanks to him I'll continue to go back and back and back. He made me feel like I was the only one in that store yesterday.

He had patience with me asking if I'm okay in the changing rooms as well because I have a back strap so I'm super slow to change but he gave me more than enough time to fit all 4 and just wow.

I hope to see him in that store when I go back again, He is brilliant, I'm so grateful for how he gave customer service and how beautiful and clean that store is.
