Worst customer service

I ordered a Christmas gift from them in November already and still have not received it. Despite me sending numerous emails and them occasionally responding that they will get back to me, the issue STILL has not been resolved. It has been a month. Last I heard they promised to get back to me on Thursday (17 Dec) was that they will give feedback by COB. They have not done so.
