Very poor communication

I ordered online after a month and a half I get n email my order is on it way but 2 items were not there but they were still having stock in their website, I checked my bank balance, they have refunded me without saying anything, I sent an email to their support group they was no response until today, I'm so disappointed in them, very poor communication.
