Useless online service!

I am very disappointed to say that I received absolutely shocking 'service' from your online store. I ordered a jersey online which I confirmed twice by telephone (and once by email if I am not mistaken) that I was receiving the item as it was taking longer than it should have to be delivered. Only to be told two weeks later that the item is sold out?! During those two weeks I passed the item in the shop but did not get it as I was assured that I would be receiving mine via the online store. What is the point of an online store if you cannot make lives easier for your customers and take two weeks to update your stock availability? Unacceptable.
