Unfriendly Supervisor

I'm regular shopper at old Khaki, its one of my favourite store along withTread n Miller and Poetry. I have been tolerating the behavior of one of the employee at Old Khaki Vaal Mall. A black female Supervisor with no customer service quality and a no friendly face.

I was at Old Khaki Vaal Mall on the 21 October 2020 and today I just got fed up with the lady behavior, is the Supervisor who was on duty that day. Lacks menace, no leadership qualities and no customer service experience. She is not a good example to the people that report to her.

She was called to a till by Refilwe one of the best employee with a smile always to override. But the Supervisor just came to the till without a greeting and left as is she was not assisting me or I was never there.

This has been going on for so long. Everytime when I'm there it's like she does want to help, she looks irritated. Please take her to customer service training or course so that she understands the importance of customers and the quality of service she needs to give.

I cannot be spending my money in a store where I feel unwanted.
