Two Weeks for Feedback!!!

I placed an order online, and paid via e-bucks. Its been two weeks and nothing. No correspondence nothing.<br> I have phoned numerous times, to no prevail, each and every time the line gets cut off. When you do get through to the Call centre, and they take your details promising they will phone you back, Still nothing.<br> <br> I have paid for this order, I expect service. Nothing. I am so disgusted in the online shopping experience, and will not recommend this service to anybody.<br> Highly disappointing!!!
