Their online store sucks!! customer service is 0

I ordered an online garment and was informed i will get it after 4 days. @ weeks later no garment and no communication. I contacted them by Telephone: +27 (21) *** and 2 ladies will answer and ask for your details. Then nothing comes from it. Don't even call their service center number its useless. then i get a ****py email about a refund when i had just seen the garment in their Menlyn store.<br> <br> Next thing i just get an email informing me that i must fill in a form for a refund as they do not have the garment. Like seriously! i just saw this garment and your consultant Lee told me its there at the menlyn store. <br> <br> My rage-o-meter is at 100 at the moment. Im very disappointed with Old Khaki and they have lost a customer
