Terrible service from Old khaki

I ordered a Puma sneaker online for my hubby's 30th birthday. The sneaker cost R1200 and arrived in a paper bag which was smashed up and the box was torn terribly. The box barely holds the shoe. I sent pictures instantly to Old khaki asking for assistance. They advised that they will replace the item then today say they don't have stock and apologize for the inconvenience. I had to email them suggesting solutions to this when this is their duty to their customers! Absolutely terrible service
