Terrible customer service yet again!! **** to and ****** from

This is my second terrible experience with the Old Khaki group in a matter of weeks. After completely messing up my online delivery, they sent me a small discount voucher to 'rectify the problem'. When I, in good faith, used my discount voucher at Old Khaki Nicolway, the transaction went through twice. The manager(Paks) assured me that the one transaction would reverse, but it did not. So now I have not only received terrible service yet again, but also been **** to and ****** from. Goodness knows how long it will take to resolve this matter (if it ever gets resolved). I am definitely taking this matter further.
