Terrible customer service

I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Still have not received it. I emailed them about it and a week later they are still ignoring me.

Worst customer experience.

You know what Old Khaki rep****? 'Sorry for our lack of communication, your parcel was lost in transit. We will try to find a new one and send it goodness knows when'. This was meant as a Christmas gift, now I won't receive it in time.
