STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND
i placed an order online ,my item was suppose to be couriered to the store that i have selected and i waited for days checking the update about my order but nothing was happening ,i decided to text them on their website requesting about my order whereabouts and i was told that the item couldn't be delivered cause the store that i choose closed ,and they asked me to choose a different one and i did that but days passed without updates and i contacted them asking what is happening with my order ,i was told that the courier car that had my item got highjacked and they will refund me my money,i asked how long it is going to take for payment to reflect on my account they said it will take 10 days ,but even now i am still waiting nothing is happening and i contacted them again this week and they requested my order number and i gave them including the invoice but they went quiet and not saying anything to me it is long overdue and i haven't received my money .I am not happy with their customer service it is very poor ,I want my matter to treated as a matter of urgency
