Sneaks of bad quality and no customer service.

Guys, I love your brand and has always been a big fan but your customer service is really up to scratch. I have sent a very polite email to figure out a plan regarding sneakers that is coming loose after a few wears. I am so dissapointed in the quality of this purchase. No one is getting back to me.
