Shocking Lack of Service - Old Khaki

<p>I placed an order on line on Sunday evening (29th May 2016). The money was deducted from my credit card, no order number was given and when I logged back onto the site, there is no record of the transaction. I emailed the my query on Sunday evening. I received an email to say it will be attended to in 24 hours. I tried calling the call centre. You can not speak to anyone as the voice recording says "the consultants are far too busy, leave a message". I have left a message. I tried to call the Head Office this morning, only to be put through to the call centre again where I heard the same voice recording. In effect, Old Khahki has taken the money without supplying the goods and to add insult to the injury, they are not even contactable so it can be sorted out. I am appalled at the lack of response and the fact that you cannot get to speak to anyone to explain the issue and to obtain assistance to sort out the problem. I will never buy from Old Khaki again.</p>
