Shocking customer service from Lee - online division!

I have had amazing experiences at Cape union Mart stores however old khaki online is disgusting. I ordered a pair of jeans and the wrong pair was delivered. It took them forever to get back to me. They collected the jeans and I am still waiting for correspondence from their customer service department! Shocking! No answer no jeans but my money is still In their account. They haven't rep**** to me in over a week. I am disgusted!!!
