Security tag still on online order

I am very disappointed with my recent online shopping experience. I ordered a pair of jeans and received them in a timely manner, but to my dismay, they still had the security tag attached. This has made it impossible for me to actually wear the jeans. I reached out to customer service via email to resolve the issue, but I have yet to receive any response. This lack of communication and resolution is extremely frustrating and has left me feeling unsatisfied with my purchase. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly so that I can finally enjoy the jeans that I ordered.
