Security Tag never removed

I bought the V-necks t-shirt at their Carnival City outlet and I didn’t know it still had the security tag on it went back to Carnival only to find out the store had been closed and I thought its due to renovations but as I went there again the security told me it was permanently closed , mind you me im using my own money to travel from Katlehong to carnival City which is costly to date I have not received any assistance to a resolution for the issue at hand .
