Sad Service Old ***i Ilanga Mall
I bought 2 pairs of shoes (the same, just diff color) from Old ***i Ilanga. One pair perfect,but the other pair both shoes the glu came lose and the color was pealing off. I took it back the took in my shoes and after going up and down and me not staying in nelspruit anymore. I however manage to come from Brits to pick up my shoes the past weekend. Only to find that they glued my shoes and nothing done for the fact that the pair is pealing. Now I have a pair of shoes on can see its been glued. Manager that was trying her best said she might speak to her area manager to help wit n discount on my next purchase..I have been trying to get this sorted out from 03 06.2022.
