I bought pants online through the Old Khaki website, this was not my 1st time doing the purchase but it was my 1st time trying to return the item. My experience so far is a nightmare. I have been trying to do this for the passed 4 weeks. I wonder what will I have to do to get this processed. The Ref# Old Khaki ***: RMA: Order number: OK***6
