Refund

Hi, I purchased goods on-line at old Khaki: Order reference: # ***, and they were not delivered. they said they will refund me. its been months now and they haven't refunded me or even get back to me. when I call their on-line store, I have tried calling them, leave a message and they will got back me with the response of all these delays.
