Poor Staff Management

When I used to work for Old Khaki about one year ago, every single month there would be mistakes on my payslip and those mistakes would be left unattended to with very little sympathy from superiors. This company seriously needs to improve their payroll system concerning the consolidation process of hours worked by employees, because how you treat your staff doesn't just reflect how much you genuinely value them, or how they in turn reflect your attitude towards them on their attitude towards paying customers, it also reflects the true character of your company in overall with regards to good/fair business practice.
