Poor Service Delivery

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor service I have received from Old Khaki. I placed an online order on the 30th of June and despite numerous attempts to rectify the delivery address, I have still not received my order as of today, the 17th of July.

The delivery was initially scheduled for the 6th of July, but after several failed attempts, I was informed that my parcel was sent back to Cape Town. I was then given the option to either receive a refund or have my item redelivered. I chose to have my item redelivered and requested a delivery date and time via email on the morning of the 17th of July. However, I have yet to receive a response from the Old Khaki team.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received thus far, especially considering the amount of effort and time I have spent trying to rectify the situation.
