Poor service and *********** stuff

On the 12th December I bought shoes for my husband at old Khak Menlyn, the cashier made the transaction and claim that it was not successful. I told her the transaction went through because I received the notification on my phone she insisted that she must make another transaction because it's not reflecting on the system. She made the another transaction and said that they will reverse my money...it's been four days my money is not reserved back. My husband went back to the store today and he was told that I must go to the bank to sort it out with my bank, my money that was taken by old khaki. It's not old khaki's problem...I used my petrol to travel to the store only to be told that I must sort it out... mind you the bank is going to charge me R120 to do a reverse transaction.
