Poor Customer Service

I received a pair of Black Poppi jeans for Mothers Day this year (May 2022) not only have they stretched out (that I don't mind. . skinny jeans strech) not only have they changed color (the front are the same shade of black,then the back are two different shades of black) then the one back leg has torn. . Not cool not cool at all.

I took them back to Whale Coast Mall in Herm**** & Im told they have to be sent for repairs which takes 6 weeks (WHAT????) that's a R700 pair of jeans that has stretched & changed colour & has now torn.

I have over 25 pairs of Old Khaki Jeans (photos can be provided). . I've a loyal supporter of the brand since 2014,most of my cupboard is made up of the Old Khaki Brand & now I'm told I can wait until the end of July (2022) for a replacement pair I may (or make not) receive for all my loyalty because of a faulty range (really🤬🤬🤬)

I'm obviously not the only complaint since the Poppi jeans has a second range out (look at the online store,there are two Poppi black jeans ranges 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️)

I'm feeling so unloved by a brand I have supported for many years! ! !
