Poor customer service at Old Khaki Online store

Customer service at Old Khaki online store is very poor. I swear I will never ever purchase anything from them again. I purchased 2 items online on the 24 April 2020. Payment was completed and I got a confirmation and order number. I waited for a month for delivery of my order. Order was delivered on 28 May 2020 with one item missing. I went to the store in Walmer Park where the order was delivered, they could not even explain why I did not receive my full order. They took my numbers and promised to query this order with their online store and get back to me which they never did. I've been contacting the online store since the 28 May and don't seem to get through. I only received an email from customer care on the 10th June advising they will process a refund and today is the 21 June, I have not received my refund I've sent emails to the customer care line to demand my refund and they are not responding to emails.

I don't understand why they advertise something and let you pay for it and confirm the order and then when it comes to delivery the item is out of stock. What is worse its 2 months now since I have paid for my order and the refund has not been processed though I have sent my banking details to them on the 10th June
