Poor customer service

Hi today I visited the store looking for a present for a family member that leaving for the UK ... There was a lady ( Thobile ) don't know if she is new or what but she has an ugly attitude ,unhelpful and her manner of approach is ********* .

I and my family love the clothing as well as the brand ,you guys have the most welcoming ,helpful and mannered stuff but after this incident that has occurred today I don't even want to come back it was very unpleasant to walk into the old khaki store today at cresta

Hope you guys look into this ,because that lady does not have any respect or manners I mean as well know how to with hold the brand
