Poor customer service

There seems to be a tradition of there being less people to help in their stores now which is frustrating, you have to wait for long periods to be helped by someone because there’s only two people working in the store that time many of us require help . The standard of this brand is deteriorating and this to be happening at a couple of stores I’ve been to.
