Plus Size Woman are not welcome in the store

Went into the shop for the first time ever. At the Brits Mall. As a plus size woman I wanted to enquire about the size of the clothing as I never bought by them but there was one jacket that caught my eye. I have recently been loosing weight and I kind of felt confident to be more daring to bit something other than Eagle or Miladys. The manager then preceded to say in a rude tone that they don’t stock something my body….What if I was looking for shoes or accessories ? Is that also how you drive potentially new future customers away as a clothing store can stock more that clothing that a plus size woman can fir or do you only stock normal size beanies and scarves? Felt so inferior about this. We all have our journeys but I felt very offended by the way the manager handled the situation as I was not even rude just actually sad.
