Please pay my refund old khaki

I posted a review on 21 June 2020 regarding the refund which was due to me since the 28 April 2020. Old ***hi responded on 22June and promised to pay my refund within 14 days. Today is the 13 July 2020, and I still have not received my refund. No one has bothered to update me about the status of my refund. Its been 3 months now and they have failed to pay my refund
