PATHETIC SERVICE FROM OLD KHAKI AND RAM COURIERS!!!!!

I ordered some items a month ago. Understandably it took this long because because of C19. Then RAM Couriers have apparently made two attempts to deliver without any success. The reason is that 'no contact' with customer. How is that possible when my phone never received a missed call and I was at home the whole time? 'No contact' on two occasions? Not possible when Iam at home. Old Khaki should stop using Ram Couriers. RAM COURIER DRIVERS ARE PATHETIC *****.
