Pathetic online shopping experience at Old Khaki

Avoid Old Khaki's online shop. My wife ordered a medium jersey online, but when it arrived it was way too big for her. She then went to the cape Union mart store in Worcester to exchange the item, but they informed us that even though they sell the exact same item, they cannot exchange an online purchase. We then requested a refund online since they could not exchange the item online due to it being out of stock. After multiple phone calls and emails, they finally sent a courier to pick it up, but since then there has been no communication at all. She sent them an email this morning and got the following response "please take the item to your closest store." This terrible, pathetic and rude customer service will make me think twice about buying this brand or supporting any of its associated stores future.
