Pathetic and misleading online store.

I was browsing an online store and the prompt came up saying there will be R100 off on the first purchase, so I've registered and placed an order for items (3) I've wanted for a long time (2 X on sale 1 X full price) - completed the order paid, NEVER received R100 voucher as promised. Tried to contact their Customer support and got 3 different explanations as to why voucher never arrived (this is by the way a consumer act violation). And as a cherry on top it's been 8 working days and I still didn't receive my order.

In conclusion I love the clothes, but I will never make use of this pathetic and misleading online store again.
