Order number OK***7

They don't deserve a single star. I purchased a few items online at a cost just below R1300. On Monday I received an email stating that my items wont be delivered until after lockdown, yet all my items were marked “essential” and their site states that only “essential” its will be delivered during level 4. I emailed them and they never rep****. Just mow i decided to follow up with my order on they're site and to my surprise my items are marked as “delivered”. I am shocked because i haven't received anything. I am wondering how dare they deliver to an incorrect address if thy did deliver. Also, i want to know what's going to happen if the items were delivered to an incorrect address? I just want the items I paid for, no stories, that is all.
