Order not being sent out!

Placed an order online three weeks ago. Courier lost the order. Still waiting - three weeks later - for my order to be resent. Get the same response from customer care “we’re waiting for your tracking number”. What is the hold up? It’s impossible to get any answer all the while I just wait and wait. Money is gone, but can’t get an answer to when my order will be shipped.
