I ordered a pair of sandals online and the entire process including delivery was seamless. They use a size chart that I'm unfami**** with so I sent an email stating the preferred size I would like which is a size 7. That email seems to be unattended though because I sent an email twice and no one got back to me. I called them and spoke to Shawn who said he'll check if they have a size 7 in stock and call back but he didn't. Called again and spoke to Megan and same thing happened again,No response! I went on their Facebook page and they responded asking for the order number which I gave and to this day, no feedback, nothing. Do you call this service? Not impressed at all!!!
