Order missing, no response

<p>I placed an order for shoes with Old Khaki on 22 November 2016, fully-paid. According to their email, the order would have been delivered between 3 and 5 work days. However, the order was never delivered, and has since been closed online.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous attempts to contact Old Khaki via telephone, email and Facebook, I have yet to receive any form of reply from Old Khaki. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly disappointed and will not encourage other people to make use of Old Khaki's online order services.</p>
