online shopping bad service

<br> I ordered items online about a month ago and till too date haven't received the order. Last week old khaki sent me notification they cant locate the items i ordered so must cancel the order which was happy to do. Now the refund process is taking forever and their call centre number rings forever no one picks up.<br> <br> I sent them an email still no response.. at this moment want nothing to do with them just my full refund.<br> Order reference: # ***<br>
