online service = no service

I placed an order on line on the 28th of July and acknowledgement of my order was confirmed on the 30th. I paid the extra R75 to get my order expedited, however by Thursday the 4th I still have not received my order or any feedback on my order, I eventually received half my order on Thursday the 6th, I am still waiting for the rest of my order to get delivered and any feedback what so ever. I phoned & emailed numerous times to no avail. It is like they just don't care about their online shopper, baring the fact that I spent more than I would ever in store. Absolutely pathetic.<br>
