Old Khaki worst store to open an account with

Tried opening an account online which was not possible.Could not select options such as submit documents and select bank etc.

Then went to Tygervalley branch for assistance to open an account which took about 1 hour and was told I should have an answer is 24 hours.More than 96 hours later i received my 12th message and email saying that my application is denied.When i called them for an explanation they could not give me one and insisted i should reapply again.Seems that if you exceed the criteria and are financially stable they dont want you to have an account with them.During this period of 96 hours I recieved an email and sms every 2 hours telling me to submit by bank statements and every time that Is what i did.Really dissapointed in the process and attitude towards customers.I will in future take my hard earned money elsewhere
