Old Khaki Walmer PE great service

It's not often that people get recognized, our way of life is one of complaints more often than praise.

I recently had a pair of shoes sent for repairs from one of the Old Khaki stores in PE.

When following up on it, I got to meet Monique, the manager at the Walmer Old Khaki branch.

She went above and beyond in helping to expedite the process and even arranged the shoes to be delivered to a different store in another region that accommodates my travel plans.

She made a few phone calls, insured that I understood the process and most importantly of all called me after all arrangements was made to inform me.

Thank you for your service Monique, I wish more more people could take customer service so seriously.
