Old Khaki unreachable.

Good day.

I placed an order with Old khaki for four items. I placed my order on the 3rd May and still have not received my parcel or a response to my Facebook messages, calls and emails. This is completely unlike the normal delivery service provided by Old Khaki. I understand that the back log of orders during the hard lockdown level 5 means they are about 3 weeks behind schedule but it's been more than 3 weeks and I haven't even gotten an update on my order. In fact the status is the same as it was 3.5 weeks ago of "in progress"

I cannot get into contact with anyone from Old Khaki with regards to my order. I sent two Facebook messages, an email and called 8 times at various times during the day (their hours are 8-5 during weekdays).

I am very upset and frustrated as my case is clearly not unique. There are some people on Facebook that have the same experience with Old Khaki.

At this point they might as well cancel my order and I can get the clothing from a shop with a more reliable delivery.
