Old Khaki online shopping is a no no!

Shopping online with them is the worst decision ever! I saw "essential items" that could be delivered during Level 4 (this was their trick to get many people to buy) of the lockdown and ordered beginning of May. Otherwise I wouldn't have. Waited, two weeks passed and I enquired but because there's expected delays I did not have a problem to wait at least that long. This coming Sunday will be a FULL MONTH of waiting whereas on their website they said we'd wait 3 weeks max. I'm really disappointed because their competitors whom I've been purchasing, multiple times do not even take more than a week to deliver as if they didn't have a backlog. Such a good brand but their online shopping service is terrible. Never again!
