Old Khaki on line sucks!
I placed an order on 27/7/2015 for a garment. I received a generic email to say their orders are back logged but my emails, numerous phone calls and on line chats have not received a response as to when my order would be dispatched, just that they will look into the issue. Their lines now stay permanently engaged.My emails have never been answered. How does the client stay in touch with this shocking service.
