Old Khaki - Great Service

About 6-8 months ago I Bought jeans from Old Khakhi Clear Watermall and time went by I notice the stock was a reject because my beautiful stretch jeans got torn everywhere around the waist. I had already lost my slip however I decided to escalate this to their Customer Service Desk,

Guess what in less than 2 hours they returned my call and offered to arrange that my jean be swooped for a replacement.

I am really excited with the response I received from Old Khakhi and over the moon that my jean will be replaced for a new one.
